We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on Monday morning. For urgent issues like a damaged delivery, we prioritise those and usually reply within a few hours.

Our warehouse processes orders Monday to Friday. While our couriers (Royal Mail & Evri) do deliver on Saturdays, weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Express orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day for Saturday delivery where available.

You can email us 24/7 — our inbox is always open and we have an auto-reply to confirm we got your message. Our team personally replies during working hours (9am-5pm UK time, Mon-Fri). For self-help anytime, this FAQ and our assembly videos are available day and night on ubravoo.co.uk.

Yes, we ship to all UK regions including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Standard delivery times may be extended by 1 working day for remote areas. No additional surcharges apply.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us immediately at support@ubravoo.co.uk with your order number. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels, but you may be able to arrange redirection directly with the courier using your tracking number.

Most customers receive their order within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Express delivery is delivered next working day after dispatch.

We process all orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are usually processed the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our Birmingham warehouse.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days, £4.99 — FREE for orders over £50.

All delivery times are from dispatch, not order date. We use trusted couriers like DPD and Royal Mail for reliable delivery.

At the moment we only deliver within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don't ship to EU countries or internationally yet — we're working on it!

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can click the link to see real-time updates from our courier. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or email us at support@ubravoo.co.uk.

If it's already shipped, we'll need to wait for it to be returned and then resend it — an additional shipping fee may apply. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays!

Our products are designed for specific growth stages:
• Balance Bike: 3 to 5.5 years (ideal for 90-120cm height)
• 2-in-1 Baby Walker: 6 to 18 months (when baby can sit unaided)
• 3-in-1 High Chair: 6 months to 3 years
Always follow the age and developmental guidance in the manual, not just age alone.

Yes, absolutely — safety is our #1 priority. All Ubravoo products are tested to strict UK and EU standards:
• Balance Bike: EN71 (Toy Safety)
• High Chair: EN14988 (Children's High Chairs)
• Baby Walker: EN1888 & EN1273 (Wheeled Child Conveyances & Baby Walkers)
We also use BPA-free, non-toxic materials and rounded edges throughout.

• Balance Bike: Maximum 30kg (66lbs)
• High Chair: Maximum 15kg in high chair mode, 20kg in booster/play chair mode
• Baby Walker: Maximum 12kg (26lbs)
Please don't exceed these limits — they're there to keep your little one safe.

Yes, but we've made it as simple as possible. Most parents complete assembly in 10-15 minutes. Each product comes with a clear, illustrated manual with no confusing jargon. The High Chair and Balance Bike require the most assembly, while the Walker is almost ready to go out of the box.

Good news — we include everything you need! An Allen key and spanner are in the box for the Balance Bike and High Chair. No extra tools or trips to the hardware shop required. The Walker needs no tools at all.

• High Chair: The double tray is dishwasher safe! Seat cover is wipeable and removable for machine wash at 30°C. Frame wipes clean with a damp cloth.
• Balance Bike: Wipe frame with damp cloth. Avoid high-pressure hoses.
• Walker: Wipe tray and frame with mild soap and water. Don't submerge the music/electronic unit — just wipe it.
Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition. To start a return, email support@ubravoo.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send you return instructions.

We're so sorry — that shouldn't happen! Please report any fault or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@ubravoo.co.uk. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately and cover return shipping. Don't use a faulty product.

Yes. All Ubravoo products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This covers frame, welds, and mechanisms under normal use. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from incorrect assembly. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns within 30 days, the customer pays return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we pay — we'll send you a prepaid label. For warranty claims, we also cover return shipping.
